Privacy Statement

All information given by members and prospective members of the Society on their application forms remains confidential to the officers of the Society, and is used only for the purposes of the Society and of communicating information.

No names, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers or any other information about members (other than the Society's officers) is published on this website, nor given to any member or any other party, unless an arrangement has been made to do so.

Emails will not be used generally as a means of communicating with members, but if this does happen, mails will be sent individually, not to multiple addressees. No attachments will be sent to members without prior arrangement.
